Having the right parts available before the vessel reaches the yard is a direct operational advantage. For critical Berg thruster and controllable pitch propeller components, the Thompson Marine Swing Unit Program maintains ready replacement assemblies so the vessel goes in, the work gets done, and the vessel returns to service on schedule.
